Shona has been advising and collaborating with me for more than twenty years. We established the practice together. Shona is responsible for the strategic development of the practice and has introduced many initiatives designed to support patients. She is the brains behind @throatsurgeon, and is responsible for communication, regulation and governance. Shona has a Masters of Information and Knowledge Management and is a PhD Doctoral Candidate at UTS.
